Well, it's feeling even more Autumnal! Leaves are changing colour, frost is setting in and the fog on the Tyne this morning is unbelievable! So, I've been snuggling up in bed with hot chocolate and cosy pj's ;)
Quite a lot has happened this last week :) Some amazing achievements which I will share with you :)
I started making cake pops! They are so tasty ;) I sold them at Dragons, and they all SOLD OUT! I made £10 for them too which I was happy about :)
I held a jewellery party :) It was an AMAZING evening and I got lots of orders! And, to make it 10 times better, my friends travelled to see me! ^^
I've been asked to do a course with Adobe!!!!
And, I've been Logo designing for quite a few people :)
So, exciting, exciting week :)
Today I'd thought I'd talk about Sign Language :) It's something I'm really getting into and actually enjoying loads! I've known the basic alphabet in BSL since I was young, but only lately I've taken more of an interest in it!
For my Dragons performance, I am singing and signing (eek) 'We Will Follow Him'. I love doing it, I'm so happy Wendy chose me to do the signing :) From that, I've actually learnt a whole load of sign language too :) Secondly, at college the person on the help support desk is actually deaf, and has an interpreter with him at all time. I try my best to sign things to him, sometimes he laughs at me attempts (and so do I!) but I can tell he's really touched by me at least attempting ;) So, I thought I would teach you how to do a few words in sign language today! :)
Thank you - Put your hand on your chin, and open forwards
